Blue Butterflies is a pan-Kerala initiative of the Butterfly Cancer Care Foundation, implemented in collaboration with Muthoot Fincorp as part of their CSR commitment.
The project focuses on delivering quality Treatment Preparedness Support to pediatric cancer patients from economically disadvantaged families. Special priority is given to children from rural districts such as Palakkad, Idukki, Malappuram, and Kasaragod.
Eligibility Criteria
- Children and young adults aged below 25 years
- Children from Below Poverty Line or from Above Poverty Line with annual income below INR 2,00,000
- Children of single parents from APL/BPL families
- Children of cancer-affected parents from APL/BPL families
- Children not covered under any medical insurance
We provide
- Partial financial support for Chemotherapy and Bone Marrow Transplantation
- Guidance on treatment options, appropriate hospitals, and availability of expert doctors
- Financial assistance for accommodation and transportation during cancer treatment
